The Butcher Symposium was launched in 2002 with two primary goals: To bring together scientists from across the CU system to catalyze important new collaborations and to openly share data and progress being made on the research funded by previous rounds of Butcher Seed Grant funding.
The 2013 Butcher Symposium will be held on November 1, 2013, at the Westin hotel in Westminster, CO. It is open to CU-affiliated faculty who are either collaborating with or interested in collaborating with faculty associated with the BioFrontiers Institute or across departments and campuses at CU.
Please note: It is expected that all scientific (faculty) attendees prepare and present a scientific poster about their work and scientific interests (please see the registration page for details), particularly if they plan on applying for a Butcher Seed Grant. Rare exceptions can be made for sufficient reason.
